Solution — We built an AI broadcast tool: on camera - a person, on air - the chosen character.

About the client
Client - a B2C streaming project (NDA). They needed a live tool: the host turns on the camera, picks a character - and viewers see not their face, but the chosen look.
Not a Stories filter and not offline video render: appearance swap runs in the live stream together with character/persona select.

Как это работает в эфире
Ведущий запускает стрим с камеры и выбирает персонажа или личность. В прямом эфире зритель видит уже выбранный образ вместо лица человека на камере. Это и есть суть продукта - AI-трансляция с подменой внешности в realtime.
Выбор персонажа
Образ не один навсегда: можно сменить персонажа/личность под формат шоу. В том числе кросс-гендерные и сценические сценарии - мужчина может вести эфир в женском образе и наоборот.
Live, не офлайн
Пайплайн заточен под прямой эфир: замена идёт вместе с камерой, целевая плавность ~60 fps. Не «сгенерировали ролик и выложили» - а инструмент стрима.
NDA и демо
Бренд и коммерческие детали закрыты NDA. На кейсе показываем только демо механики: как выглядит замена лица и выбор персонажа. Публичной ссылки на продукт нет.
