Sales Manager (B2B / IT)

Who we need

A sales manager for JimmyNeuron - an IT lab in Kazan. We sell custom development (web, CRM/ERP, mobile, Telegram), AI agents and infrastructure, plus our own products ChatNeuron and CommBoost, and marketing.

You will be the first person the client talks to after a lead: qualify the need, gather the brief, estimate the range, close the deal through contract and sprint kickoff.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from the website, Telegram, ads, and partners
• Run outbound: warm lists, referrals, partner channels
• Run discovery calls: goals, budget, timelines, constraints, decision-makers
• Prepare and present estimates / proposals with a tech lead or product manager
• Drive the deal in CRM (amoCRM / Bitrix24) through payment and project start
• Upsell SaaS (ChatNeuron, CommBoost) and marketing when it fits
• Keep a clear pipeline forecast and transparent stage reporting

Who we’re looking for

• 1-2+ years of B2B sales (ideally IT, digital, SaaS, or complex services)
• Ability to run a long cycle: not a hard sell - close through contract
• Strong written and spoken communication, careful follow-up
• Willingness to learn development services and AI products (we train)
• Self-management: you plan your day and own follow-ups
• Plus: CRM experience, scripts, and KPI literacy (CPL, win rate)
