Scoping
1 dayA call with the person who owns the process: how it works now, which data and systems are involved, what security constraints apply and what should change in numbers.
You get: A clear view of whether AI or development solves the task and where the effect will be. If it is not our kind of task, we say so at once.

Estimate and plan
1–2 daysWe split the work into stages, each with a timeline, cost and definition of done. If data is scarce, the first stage is a test on a sample.
You get: An estimate by stage and a pilot plan with the metrics that tell us it worked.

Pilot or MVP
3–6 weeksWe build a working version on your real data: an AI agent, video analytics on 2–4 cameras or the first version of a product. Interim results are shown in demos, not reports.
You get: A working system on one process, department or site, plus the numbers before and after.

Launch
as plannedWe move it to production, connect your CRM, ERP, messengers and other systems, set up access rights and train the team.
You get: A system in daily use and people who know how to use it.

We start with the number we want to move: hours spent, reply speed, defects, downtime. Without it there is no way to tell whether the pilot worked.

We test on real documents, calls, footage and customer questions, not on demo examples that always work.

For personal data and trade secrets we deploy AI inside your perimeter, with architecture and storage designed around data protection law.
We work under NDA
Some projects are covered by agreements, which is why they appear in our cases without names. An NDA can be signed before you share any documents.
We stay after launch
Support, improvements and monitoring under contract. You can also hand over a project built by another team.
Honest about time and price
If a task is cheaper to solve without AI or with an off-the-shelf service, we will say so. We do not promise effect figures upfront, we measure them in the pilot.

Questions
What do you need from us to start?
A person who knows the process and can answer questions, and access to sample data: documents, call recordings, footage or a CRM export. For confidential data we sign an NDA first.
Do we need to write a specification?
No. Describe the process and what you want to change. We gather the requirements ourselves during scoping and fix them in the staged plan.
Can we start with a small budget?
Yes. You can start with an express audit of your processes or a pilot on one process, and scale once it shows results.
What if the pilot does not deliver?
You will see it in the metrics agreed before the start and can stop, paying only for the stages completed. Often a pilot shows what needs to change in the process or data, which is a result too.
