AI in construction for builders and developers
Less paperwork and downtime, more control on site
We put AI where construction loses money: manual document assembly, drawing estimates, safety violations, vehicle logs at the gate. We start with one process and a pilot on your own data.
Where AI pays off: construction and development
In construction AI pays off not as a "smart assistant" but in specific operations people do by hand today: moving data from scans into forms, pricing tender drawings, walking the site, reconciling trips with delivery notes. We have built an explanatory-note-to-XML converter for state review and a SaaS that prices parts from drawings, so we know every field needs a source and a check.
Design and as-built documentation
AI reads scans, estimates, acceptance certificates and explanatory notes, extracts the fields and assembles the document in the required format, such as XML for state review. Every field links to its source, and disputed values go to a person.
How it works →Drawings: quantities and cost
Upload a drawing and the system recognises items, dimensions and materials, calculates quantities and cost, and asks the engineer for missing data. Tenders are priced without retyping items into a spreadsheet.
How it works →Site health and safety
Cameras spot people without a helmet or vest, entries into danger zones and work under a crane. The violation, with the frame and time, goes to the site manager in Telegram and to the log.
How it works →Vehicle access and trip counts
Number plate recognition at the gate: which vehicle arrived, how long it stayed, how many trips the concrete supplier or soil removal made. Reconciled with delivery notes, no paper log at the barrier.
How it works →Knowledge base for codes and contracts
An engineer asks in plain words and AI answers from building codes, standards, internal rules and subcontracts, citing the clause. Documents stay inside the company.
How it works →Developer sales
An AI consultant on the website and in messengers answers buyers about layouts, completion dates and mortgages at any hour, qualifies them and hands a warm lead to sales with the chat history.

How we start
An AI pilot starts at RUB 300,000, with a precise estimate within 1–2 days after the brief. Video analytics is priced together with cameras and installation.
- We break down one process: hours spent, where errors happen, which documents and systems are involved
- We collect real documents, drawings or footage and check that AI copes with your data
- We run a 3–6 week pilot on one site or department, with before and after metrics
- We connect it to your systems: 1C, CRM, document workflow, the site manager’s Telegram
- We scale to other sites once the pilot has shown results
Questions
Where does AI pay off fastest in construction?
Where there is a lot of repetitive paperwork: documentation for state review, estimates and certificates, tender drawings. The second area is the site itself: safety and vehicle tracking by camera. It is best to start with one process whose cost in hours is clear.
Can AI be trusted with documents where every number matters?
Only with checks. Every extracted field links to its source in the document, disputed values go to a person, and the final file is generated by code and validated against the schema rather than written freely by a model.
Will project data end up in someone else’s cloud?
Everything can run inside your perimeter or on a server in your country. For confidential documents we offer private models, see our Sovereign AI direction.
How long does a pilot take?
Usually 3–6 weeks from collecting data to a working process on one site or in one department. We fix the timeline after reviewing the task.
