AI strategy consulting and business audit
Map the processes first, then add AI
We review your processes, data and systems. You get automation priorities, a staged roadmap, pilot scope and its estimate. The audit is priced by task, with an estimate in 1–2 days.
What we build
A full audit is for when the decision to adopt AI is ripe but there’s no clear entry point. Sales runs deals in a CRM, the warehouse lives in the ERP, procedures sit in folders, and every manager wants their own bot. We go through processes with the people who own them, look at what data exists and where it lives, and check the infrastructure. Then we work out where agents and automation pay off fastest and build a roadmap: what goes first, what goes second and what to leave alone for now. We can implement it ourselves or hand it to your team.
Process analysis
We describe how work actually happens: who, how long, where data is copied by hand between systems. Then we estimate which teams get the fastest return from AI agents and the biggest relief on payroll.
Data and systems audit
CRM, ERP, documents, chats. We check what can go to a model, what needs cleaning and where integrations are missing.
Infrastructure audit
We check vulnerabilities, fault tolerance and whether the environment can handle the load. Then we advise where to run models: cloud, your own GPU servers or hybrid.
Knowledge base design
A local AI knowledge base for staff inside your perimeter: which documents go in, who sees what and how it stays up to date.
IT strategy and migration
Sometimes the platform is the problem, not the process. For Astro Logistics we ran discovery on the logistics ecosystem and a strategy to move off the CMS: a 1:1 migration and handover to the in-house team.
What the work includes
We price by task: an estimate in 1–2 days after the brief.
- Interviews with process owners and a review of current systems
- A map of processes and automation points
- Impact and payback estimates for pilot candidates
- Data and knowledge base architecture
- Hosting advice: cloud, GPU server or hybrid
- A staged adoption roadmap with priorities and risks
- Pilot scope and an estimate for the first stage
How we work
- 01
First call
A quick look at the business, the task and your systems. We suggest a format: express audit, full audit or straight to support.
- 02
Diagnostics
We review processes, data and infrastructure — in one hour, or in depth with interviews and access.
- 03
Findings and priorities
A process map, automation points and risks. What to do first and what to leave alone for now.
- 04
Roadmap and pilot estimate
Adoption stages, pilot scope and an estimate. We implement it or hand it to your team.
- 05
Support
We take live systems on support: incidents, improvements and monitoring under contract, with a 24/7 SLA if needed.
Questions
What does a business AI audit deliver?
We model your processes and find where agents and automation cut cost and routine work. You get a priority map, an impact estimate and a pilot plan — not an abstract “let’s adopt AI.”
How is it different from the express audit?
The express audit is one hour on one question and a pointer to what’s next. The full audit covers several teams and systems, with interviews and a data review, and ends with a roadmap, pilot scope and an estimate.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the number of teams and systems and how deep the infrastructure review goes. We price by task, with an estimate in 1–2 days after the first call.
Do we have to implement it with you?
No. The roadmap and architecture are yours. We can implement it or hand it to your team — as with Astro Logistics, where the client’s in-house developers took the project on.
What if it turns out we don’t need AI yet?
We’ll say so. Sometimes fixing a process or connecting two systems is enough. The roadmap also lists what isn’t worth doing.
Already know what to build?
If the task is clear and you don’t need an audit, go straight to development: websites, web services, CRM with ERP integration, mobile apps and bots. Estimate in 1–2 days after the brief.
