AI in logistics for transport and warehousing
Documents, requests and warehouses that don’t wait for an operator
We implement AI in logistics where work is still manual: entering waybills, answering customers about cargo, receiving, vehicle logs at the gate, reports. Connected to your TMS, accounting and WMS.
Where AI pays off: logistics and warehousing
Logistics runs on processing speed: the request, the document, the truck at the gate. Every manual step is a delay and a wrong number. Here AI takes over reading documents, the first line of customer contact and watching the warehouse and gate, while people handle the exceptions.
Waybills and invoices without manual entry
AI reads scans and photos of transport documents, extracts the consignee, items, weight and amounts and enters them into your accounting system. Mismatches with the order are flagged to the operator.
How it works →Shipment requests and "where is my cargo"
An AI agent takes requests from email, the website and messengers, asks for missing details, gives a preliminary price from your rates and answers customers about cargo status from the TMS around the clock.
How it works →Warehouse: zones, vehicles, flows
Cameras track zone and dock occupancy, forklifts and dangerous crossings, and show where goods pile up. The warehouse manager sees bottlenecks by time of day, not by complaints.
How it works →Gate, queue and time on site
Number plate recognition at the gate: who arrived, for which slot, how long the truck waited for loading. Data for demurrage claims and dock scheduling.
How it works →Receiving goods by photo
A photo of the pallet or boxes at receiving lets the system count pieces and check labels and visible damage. Damage disputes are settled by a timestamped frame, not by words.
How it works →Management reports
AI pulls data from the TMS, accounting and spreadsheets into a weekly report: trips, utilisation, downtime, margin by customer, with a note on what changed and why.

How we start
An AI pilot starts at RUB 300,000, with a precise estimate within 1–2 days after the brief. Video analytics is priced together with cameras and installation.
- We pick a bottleneck: document entry, requests, the warehouse or the gate
- We collect real documents, emails or camera recordings
- We measure accuracy on your data and agree on metrics
- We run a 3–6 week pilot at one warehouse or on one route
- We connect the TMS, accounting and messengers and scale
Questions
How is AI used in logistics in practice?
Mostly in three places: transport document recognition, an AI agent for requests and cargo status questions, and video analytics for the warehouse and gate. These are tasks with lots of repetitive work and a clear effect in hours and errors.
Does it work with our TMS?
If the system has an API or exports, we connect directly. If not, via file exchange or email. We check this at the start, before the pilot.
How accurate is document recognition?
On good scans most fields are extracted automatically and doubtful ones go to an operator. We measure accuracy on your documents during the pilot rather than promising it upfront.
