Warehouse video analytics: docks, vehicles and flows

A warehouse where bottlenecks show up in numbers

Cameras over gates, aisles and loading areas become sensors: how long a truck waits at the gate, where forklifts drive, where pallets pile up. The warehouse manager sees the shift as it was, not as the storekeepers describe it.

What gets lost between the gate and the rack

  • A truck waits an hour at the gate. The driver says nobody unloaded it, the storekeepers say there was no space. Nobody checks the footage.
  • Forklifts sit idle one hour and cannot keep up the next, and nobody knows how many you actually need.
  • A pallet went missing or arrived damaged, and nobody saw anything in that corner of the warehouse.
  • Day and night shifts work differently, but there is nothing to compare them by.

What changes after launch

  • 01You see where vehicles, people and trucks at the gate stand idle
  • 02Shifts and areas are compared on facts, not stories
  • 03Blind spots in the warehouse stop being blind

How the system works

  1. 01

    We map the zones

Gates, aisles, loading and storage areas. We decide what to measure in the pilot and assign cameras to zones.

  2. 02

    Flow events

How long a truck waits at the gate, where people and pallets pile up, who drove into a zone they should not be in.

  3. 03

    Vehicles and goods

Forklift tracking by zone and goods movement logging, by rules agreed with your logistics lead.

  4. 04

    The shift lead is alerted

A truck waits longer than the norm — a message goes to the person in charge. All events build up in a log with frames.

  5. 05

    Shift summary

A dashboard for the warehouse manager and logistics lead: gate waiting time, forklift utilisation, problem areas.

Which scale is yours?

One task, three different projects. Pick the one that looks like you and press “I want this” — your request arrives tagged, and we send an estimate in 1–2 days.

Small business

One warehouse or one problem zone — the receiving gate or a loading area that is always jammed.

What we build

  • 1 zone, 2–4 cameras
  • Truck waiting time at the gate or aisle congestion
  • Alerts to the shift lead
  • Event log and shift summary
Integrations
Telegram, your IP cameras over RTSP
Where it runs
Edge unit in the warehouse: video never leaves it
Timeline
Guideline: 3–6 weeks for the pilot

Mid-size business

common start

A warehouse with several zones or a couple of sites, a WMS and a logistics lead who wants to compare shifts on numbers.

What we build

  • Several zones: gates, aisles, loading, storage
  • Forklift tracking and utilisation per shift
  • Events passed to your WMS or ERP (1C)
  • Dashboard for the warehouse manager and logistics lead
  • Support contract: new zones and rules
Integrations
WMS, ERP (1C), Telegram, warehouse cameras
Where it runs
Server in the warehouse or inside your perimeter
Timeline
Guideline: 2+ months, starting with one zone

Enterprise

common start

A network of distribution centres with a single VMS, its own security team and a requirement to keep video inside the perimeter.

What we build

  • Integration with your VMS instead of a parallel camera system
  • Shared metrics to compare warehouses
  • Roles and permissions by site and department
  • Event and action log for audits
  • Service under an SLA
Integrations
VMS, WMS, ERP (1C), internal APIs
Where it runs
Your servers or a closed perimeter: video never leaves it
Timeline
Guideline: 3+ months, starting with a pilot at one warehouse

Pilot from RUB 500,000. Beyond that we price by task and hours.

Questions

Do we need WMS integration from day one?

No. In a pilot the event log and alerts are usually enough. We connect the WMS once it is clear which events are useful and what to do with them.

Can you count forklifts and pallets on our existing cameras?

Often yes, if the camera sees the zone from above or at a workable angle. During the assessment we review your footage and tell you what the model will recognise reliably and where an extra camera is needed.

Is this employee surveillance?

The goal is flow: trucks, vehicles, goods, zone utilisation. We do not recognise faces. Video is processed in the warehouse, access to frames is role-based, and Russian personal data law (152-FZ) is built into the design.
