Image recognition software for quality control
Defects and shortages caught on the photo, not in a complaint
An employee photographs an item, an incoming delivery or a store shelf with a phone, a tablet or a fixed camera at the inspection point. A model trained on your examples marks defects and discrepancies, and the result goes to your ERP (1C), WMS or a report. A person confirms the doubtful cases.
Defects and shortages surface at the customer, and checks depend on one person?
Inspection stops depending on who is on shift today and how well they slept. An inspector, storekeeper or merchandiser takes a photo, the model marks the chip, the crushed box or the empty spot on the shelf, and the call on a doubtful photo stays with a person. Every photo is linked to a batch, a delivery or a store, so a month later you find it in a minute instead of digging through chats. To be clear about what the model needs: examples of good and defective items from you, consistent lighting and angle, and someone to confirm doubtful cases. This branch works with photos, not a video stream: a phone, a tablet or a camera above the intake table. Pilot from RUB 500,000; beyond that, cost depends on the task and hours and is estimated within 1–2 days.

- Grade and defects are recorded on a photo, not by word of mouth
- You see which line and which shift produce more defects
- Goods and raw material intakeDeliveries are accepted by the waybill, and shortages show up a week later?A storekeeper photographs the delivery, and the model counts packages, reads labels, finds damage and checks it all against the order.
- Discrepancies with the order are visible right at intake
- A report with photos is ready before the truck leaves
- Your ERP and WMS record what actually arrived
- Shelf display auditMerchandisers send hundreds of shelf photos, and nobody has time to check them?A merchandiser photographs the shelf, and the model checks it against the planogram and finds empty spots and price tag errors.
- Every merchandiser visit is checked, not a random few
- Empty spots and price tag errors are visible on the day of the visit
- Talks with retailers about display rely on photos, not impressions
Other areas
- On-site video analyticsModels watch your cameras 24/7: line downtime, defects, PPE and danger zones, warehouse flows, checkout queues.
- Drawings and technical documentsWe read drawings, nameplates and gauges: parts, dimensions and readings flow into costing and your systems.
- Vehicles and perimeterCameras read plates at the gate and the weighbridge and spot people along the perimeter where they should not be.
Not sure the cameras will see it?
Send a couple of minutes of footage or a dozen photos. We will tell you what the model will recognise reliably, what it will not and what hardware you need. Estimate in 1–2 days.
