Telegram bot development and Mini Apps
A bot that carries a lead to a deal
Telegram bot and Mini App development around your process: a lead, booking or payment right inside the messenger, then a CRM card and a ping to your team. Customers install nothing.
What we build
Your customers already live in Telegram. A bot meets them there: takes the request, books a slot, issues an invoice and passes everything to amoCRM or Bitrix24. When buttons are not enough, we build a Telegram Mini App — a store, voting, a wallet or a game that opens right in the messenger, with no store install. Inside the company, a bot takes over routine: collects reports, sends out tasks, answers standard questions. Public bots get flood protection, queues and webhook retries from day one. Our voting Mini App for the VRP gaming community held about 5,000 concurrent users at peak. As a rough guide, a simple lead bot takes 1–2 weeks and a Mini App with payments from 4 weeks. Cost depends on the task; you get an estimate within 1–2 days after the brief.
Bot for leads, bookings and payments
For businesses that drive ads to Telegram. The bot qualifies the customer, books a slot, takes payment and creates a CRM deal, handing tricky questions to a manager.
Telegram Mini App
For scenarios buttons cannot cover: a store, voting, a game or a wallet. A full interface opens inside Telegram, where your audience already is.
Internal bot for your team
For companies where reports, requests and approvals get lost in chats. The bot collects data by form, reminds about deadlines and pushes alerts from your systems.
Bot with AI
For tasks beyond a button script: content generation, data analysis, free-form questions. Telegram is a fast way to test demand before building a web version.
What the work includes
We price by task: an estimate in 1–2 days after the brief.
- Dialogue design: state map, copy and buttons before development
- Bot on the Bot API and a Mini App with a task-specific interface
- Backend, database and an admin panel for your team
- amoCRM or Bitrix24 integration: leads, statuses, comments
- Payments via Telegram Payments or YooKassa: receipts, statuses, retries
- Telegram bot setup, anti-spam, queues and error monitoring
- Flow analytics and improvements after launch
How we work
- 01
Scoping
A call about goals, audience, processes and constraints. We review what you already have if needed.
- 02
Estimate and plan
Stages, timelines and the cost of each stage. Estimate in 1–2 days.
- 03
Prototype and design
Structure and user flows first, then design. Agreed before we write code.
- 04
Development
Sprints with demos: you see a working version, not just reports.
- 05
Launch and support
We move it to production, connect analytics and integrations, then keep improving under contract.
Questions
Bot, Mini App or mobile app — which one?
A bot fits when the flow is a dialogue with buttons: a lead, a booking, a status. A Mini App is for a catalog, voting, a game or an account area — a full interface with no install. A store app is for push, offline mode and camera work. Many start with a bot and grow from there.
Can we take payments right in Telegram?
Yes. We connect Telegram Payments or YooKassa: an invoice in the chat, payment status, a receipt and a team alert. Failed payments and retries are designed in from the start.
How does the bot get into our CRM?
Through the amoCRM or Bitrix24 API: the bot creates a lead or deal, adds comments and moves statuses, and can send updates back to the customer in the chat. Managers stay in the CRM they know.
Will the bot survive a traffic spike?
We build in rate limits, flood filters, queues and webhook retries. Our voting Mini App for the VRP community handled about 5,000 concurrent users at peak.
Who owns the bot and the code?
You do. The bot is created on your Telegram account, and source code and server access are handed over under the contract. You can keep us on for support, but you are not locked in.
We stay after launch
Support, improvements and monitoring under contract, with a 24/7 SLA if needed. You can also hand over a project built by another team.
