About the client

The client was going into fintech: a wallet inside Telegram as an entry point, then a separate exchange contour. On the wallet we built a strong UI prototype and money-movement engine foundation.

The challenge we started with

  • Wallet UX in a Mini App: balance, deposit, withdrawal, currencies
  • Money movement: internal operations, not "a picture for the sake of a picture"
  • Multi-currency: RUB / THB / KZT / BYN and a link to USDT
  • The client's budget didn't cover a full MVP - the project was wound down
  • Preserve the work so that it can be reused

What we managed to build

A wallet screen prototype: total balance in RUB and its USDT equivalent, deposit/withdrawal, a fee promo, a list of main currencies, bottom navigation (wallet / conversion / trades / profile). This is not an empty mockup of "a pretty picture" - a money movement engine was being built alongside.

Why the project was wound down

The client didn't have the budget for a full MVP. Development was stopped. This is a normal outcome for early-stage fintech - what matters is not to embellish, but to record exactly what remains as an asset.

What remains and why it matters to you

What remains are starting materials and strong work: a UI prototype and the money movement engine. We have the right to use this prototype in future projects. For a new client it is a way to reach a similar crypto wallet faster and cheaper - starting from a ready framework, not from scratch.

How to continue

If you are interested in a similar wallet or in adapting this system to your brand and scenarios - leave a request. We will assess what can be reused as-is, what needs finishing, and where the real savings are compared to development from a blank slate. A related case in the same area: /cases/patrixex-exchange

How it works

User scenario

  • Opens the wallet Mini App in Telegram
  • Sees the balance, currencies, deposit and withdrawal
  • Goes to conversion / trades / profile

Team / admin scenario

  • Configures currencies and fees
  • Controls the money movement layer
  • Adapts the prototype to a new client's brand

Result and business effect

Built a UI prototype and money-movement engine for a crypto wallet in a Telegram Mini App. Architecture works as a foundation for similar fintech products: balance, operations, and conversion in one contour.

A fit if you need

  • You need a crypto wallet / Mini App and want to save at the start - Telegram bots
  • You are interested in adapting a ready prototype to your brand - Web applications
  • You need a money movement engine, not just a UI - CRM and ERP

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this type of project, the same ones clients ask before a similar build.

Bot, Mini App or mobile app — which one?

A bot fits when the flow is a dialogue with buttons: a lead, a booking, a status. A Mini App is for a catalog, voting, a game or an account area — a full interface with no install. A store app is for push, offline mode and camera work. Many start with a bot and grow from there.

Can we take payments right in Telegram?

Yes. We connect Telegram Payments or YooKassa: an invoice in the chat, payment status, a receipt and a team alert. Failed payments and retries are designed in from the start.

How does the bot get into our CRM?

Through the amoCRM or Bitrix24 API: the bot creates a lead or deal, adds comments and moves statuses, and can send updates back to the customer in the chat. Managers stay in the CRM they know.

Will the bot survive a traffic spike?

We build in rate limits, flood filters, queues and webhook retries. Our voting Mini App for the VRP community handled about 5,000 concurrent users at peak.
