Corporate SSO platform for all company systems

Dozens of services — one login, one perimeter, one revoke

CRM, ERP, mail, task tracker, telephony — each with its own login and permissions. Corp Cloud adds single sign-on and a catalog on top, revokes access for people and agents in one place, and puts AI on a company-wide backbone. Nothing gets migrated. From RUB 500,000.

  • 10–20+ services

    in one perimeter

  • Minutes

    to revoke access everywhere

  • No migration

CRM and ERP stay where they are

  • From RUB 500k

    priced from your system map

What one perimeter gives you

  • One login instead of a dozen passwords

A single IdP and SSO with a system catalog. Employees sign in once and see only the services their role allows. IT gets fewer password-reset tickets.

  • Revoke access in minutes

An employee leaves, a contractor’s work ends, a token leaks — access closes in one place across every system. The agent stops before its next action.

  • AI as part of the infrastructure

The agent doesn’t live in mail or get copied into every service. It works with tasks, knowledge and operations through one backbone — with roles and an action log.

  • Risky steps need a human

Reading and drafts follow policy. Payments, deletions and permission changes happen only after a person confirms. Rights are short-lived and minimal.

  • One leaked password doesn’t open everything

Access is split by role and 2FA guards the entry. A compromised password or a “smart” plugin no longer hands over the keys to the whole company.

  • Full picture for leadership and security

See SSO coverage, access gaps, agent actions and ownership. The log records who did what, and on whose behalf.

Who comes to us with a zoo of systems

  • Security team

They need one kill switch for people and agents, an audit of “the agent acted on behalf of X”, no eternal tokens, and control over AI that departments plugged in themselves.

  • IT team

Less manual provisioning, one catalog, new systems join through the same protocol. AI reaches APIs through a policy gateway, not straight into production databases.

  • Operations

New hires get up to speed faster and nobody juggles logins. The agent helps with tasks, knowledge and statuses — strictly within its role.

  • Owners

One perimeter instead of separate “AI” and “access” vendors. AI becomes part of the company’s infrastructure, not a pile of departmental experiments.

How we roll it out

  1. 01

    System and risk map

We list services, people, service accounts and AI already in use. We find where access isn’t revoked, where an agent pays off and where it must never act without a human.

  2. 02

    Single sign-on

We set up an IdP and SSO or build on yours, then configure roles, groups, 2FA and the catalog. People and agents share one access model.

  3. 03

    Agent backbone

We add a gateway to your systems, least-privilege policies, an audit log and human confirmation for irreversible actions.

  4. 04

    Playbook and scale

We write the offboarding and emergency-revoke playbook, train admins and plan which systems and departments come next.

Pricing — from RUB 500,000

We give an exact range and stages after reviewing your infrastructure. The price depends on what we connect and how deep we go.

  • How many systems join SSO — often 10–20 or more
  • Complexity of integrations, roles and 2FA
  • Depth of agent control: gateway, confirmations, audit
  • Where the perimeter runs: cloud or your own servers

Questions

We have 12 different services and no unified system. Is this a fit?

Yes, that’s the typical case. Corp Cloud doesn’t replace your CRM, ERP and other services with one “supersystem”. We add single sign-on, a role-based catalog, central access revoke and, if needed, an AI agent on top. First the service map, then connection in stages.

Is this a CRM or ERP replacement?

No. Corp Cloud manages login and access across the systems you already run and adds governed AI. If you need your own CRM or ERP instead of spreadsheets, that’s a separate custom development project. Moving mail or ERP wholesale isn’t part of Corp Cloud.

How is this different from Zapier, Make or API integrations?

Integrations move data between apps. Corp Cloud handles something else: who — a person or an agent — can do what across all systems, plus one catalog, a kill switch and AI policies. They usually work together.

Does it replace Okta, Google Workspace or our IdP?

No. We design the perimeter around your stack: we build on your existing IdP or set up a new one, link the systems and build the agent backbone.

Can we instantly revoke access for a person and an agent?

Yes, it’s a hard requirement. A revoke in the IdP and policies closes login and stops the agent before its next action in every connected system.
