Questions
How much does the express audit cost, and what’s included?
RUB 10,000 for 1 hour, fixed. It covers pain points, task framing, a first look at processes and data, and a list of next steps. A full audit and a pilot aren’t included — they’re separate stages with their own estimate.
How is it different from a full AI audit?
Express is a one-hour compass: where to look and what to automate first. A full audit goes deep into processes, data and systems and ends with an adoption roadmap, pilot scope and an estimate. After the express session it’s often clear whether you need the full audit at all.
What should I prepare?
A few lines about the business, the question you want answered and the systems you use: CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, messengers. No access or data exports are needed for the express audit.
Do we have to order development from you afterwards?
No. The summary is yours, and your team or another vendor can work from it. We move on to a pilot, AI integration or development only if that’s a deliberate next step.
