PPE detection software: hard hats and danger zones
No helmet in the zone — the supervisor already knows
The model checks PPE and danger zones on your cameras: helmet, vest, entry without clearance. An event with a frame goes to the dispatcher or supervisor at once instead of sitting in the archive until the next inspection. We do not recognise faces: what matters is whether there is a helmet, not who is under it.

Why violations are seen too late
One safety engineer covers several workshops. While they are in one, people in another are working without helmets.
Violations come to light only after something has happened. That is also when the footage is opened for the first time.
A contractor takes off the vest as soon as the supervisor turns away. There is nothing to show it is a pattern, not a one-off.
An inspection arrives, and you have no log showing that any monitoring took place.
What changes after launch
01Violations are known as they happen, not after a footage review
02Violation summaries by zone, shift and contractor
03Safety engineers deal with causes instead of digging through footage
How the system works
01
Map of zones and rules
Which PPE is mandatory in which zone, where entry requires clearance, which areas are dangerous. We write the rules together with your safety engineer.
02
Detection for your camera angles
Helmet and high-visibility vest are the typical start. Goggles, gloves and other classes are added on request and tested on your footage.
03
Alert at the moment of violation
To the dispatcher, the supervisor or the safety log — with a frame, time and zone.
04
Summary for the safety team
Violations by zone, shift and contractor. You can see where the problem is systemic and where it is a one-off.
05
Data stays inside the perimeter
Video is processed on a server on site. We do not identify people by their faces, and access to violation frames is role-based. Russian personal data law (152-FZ) is taken into account from day one.
One task, three different projects. Pick the one that looks like you and press “I want this” — your request arrives tagged, and we send an estimate in 1–2 days.
Small business
One workshop or area with a danger zone where helmets are mandatory and nobody has time to watch.
What we build
1 zone, 2–4 cameras
1–2 rules, for example helmets and danger zone entry
Supervisor alerts in Telegram
Violation log with frame and timestamp
Integrations
Telegram, your IP cameras over RTSP
Where it runs
Edge unit on site: video never leaves it
Timeline
Guideline: 3–6 weeks for the pilot
Mid-size business
common start
Several workshops or construction sites, contractors on site and a safety engineer who physically cannot be everywhere.
What we build
Several zones and sites with their own PPE rules
Violations broken down by contractor and shift
Dashboard for the safety team
Events exported to ERP (1C) or your safety log
Support contract: new PPE classes and new zones
Integrations
Telegram, ERP (1C), your safety record systems
Where it runs
Server on site or inside your perimeter
Timeline
Guideline: 2+ months, starting with one zone
Enterprise
common start
A general contractor or industrial group with dozens of sites, its own VMS and rules that do not let video leave the perimeter.
What we build
Integration with your VMS: the model uses streams from existing cameras
Shared PPE rules across all sites
Roles and permissions: who sees which violation frames
Event and action log for audits
Service under an SLA
Integrations
VMS, ERP (1C), corporate safety systems
Where it runs
Your servers or a closed perimeter: video stays inside, in line with Russian data law (152-FZ)
Timeline
Guideline: 3+ months, starting with a pilot at one site
Pilot from RUB 500,000. Beyond that we price by task and hours.
Questions
Which PPE can the system detect?
The typical start is helmets and high-visibility vests. On request we add goggles, gloves and other classes and check how reliably the model sees them from your camera angles.
Does this replace the safety engineer?
No. It gives them eyes on every area at once and an event log. Decisions about people and contractors stay with you.
Will you identify employees by their faces?
No, we do not do biometric identification. The system records the violation — «no helmet, zone 3» — with a frame, and your supervisor decides who it was. Video is processed on site, and access to frames is role-based.
Does it work on an open construction site?
It depends on light, dust and camera angle. During the assessment we check whether your cameras are suitable; sometimes it is enough to move the mounting point.
