AI management reporting from CRM and 1C

A Monday summary without stitching spreadsheets

The agent pulls data from CRM, 1C and spreadsheets, calculates metrics with your formulas and writes a short summary: what went up, what dropped, what needs a look. Every number links back to its export.

The report exists. It takes two days to build and gets skimmed

  • Every Friday an analyst exports data from CRM and 1C, merges it in Excel and manually looks for what changed.
  • The CEO gets a forty-row table when all they need is one paragraph: where the problem is and whom to ask.
  • Sales figures in the department report and in accounting don’t match, and half a day goes into finding out why.
  • A dip in one region gets noticed a month later, once it’s already in the revenue.

What changes after launch

  • 01The summary arrives on schedule, and nobody loses a Friday to it
  • 02Off-plan deviations show up the same week, not a month later
  • 03Every number opens to the export it came from

How the agent works

  1. 01

    Agree on metrics

Together we pin down what to measure, which formulas to use and where the data comes from. Skip this and you get a pretty, useless report.

  2. 02

    Connect sources

CRM, 1C, spreadsheets, warehouse records. The agent pulls data on schedule instead of asking someone to send an export.

  3. 03

    Calculate in code

Metrics and comparisons with the previous period and the plan are computed by code. The language model doesn’t do arithmetic in its head.

  4. 04

    Spot deviations

You set the rules: a drop below threshold, a stalled deal, a mismatch between CRM and 1C. The agent flags whatever crosses the line.

  5. 05

    Write the summary

The model turns numbers into short text: what changed, where the risk is, what to ask the owner. Each number links to its source export.

  6. 06

    Deliver on time

To Telegram, email or your corporate messenger at the set hour. You can reply to the summary with a follow-up question.

Which scale is yours?

One task, three different projects. Pick the one that looks like you and press “I want this” — your request arrives tagged, and we send an estimate in 1–2 days.

Small business

common start

The owner checks the CRM and a couple of spreadsheets and wants one page a week instead of five browser tabs.

What we build

  • Two or three sources: CRM and spreadsheets
  • 5–10 metrics you choose yourself
  • Weekly summary in Telegram or by email
  • Simple deviation rules: plan vs actual, up vs down
Integrations
CRM (e.g. amoCRM or Bitrix24), Google Sheets or Excel
Where it runs
Cloud
Timeline
Orientation: 2–4 weeks

Mid-size business

common start

Sales, purchasing and the warehouse keep records in different systems, and someone reconciles them by hand every Monday.

What we build

  • CRM, 1C and warehouse data in one calculation
  • Different summaries per role: CEO, head of sales, finance
  • Cross-system check: where CRM and 1C disagree
  • Answers to follow-up questions from the same data
  • Summary history and week-over-week comparison
Integrations
1C, CRM, warehouse system, spreadsheets, corporate messenger
Where it runs
Cloud or your own server
Timeline
Orientation: 1–2 months and up

Enterprise

A group of companies: each legal entity has its own books, financials are under NDA, and security says no to the cloud.

What we build

  • Agent and model on your servers; data stays inside
  • Access by legal entity and department: everyone sees their own slice
  • Audit log: which data the agent used for each summary
  • Connection to your data warehouse or BI, if you have one
  • SLA on report schedule and delivery
Integrations
1C across several legal entities, data warehouse or BI, CRM, domain sign-in
Where it runs
Closed perimeter on your servers
Timeline
Orientation: 2–3 months and up

Questions

What if the model gets the numbers wrong?

The model doesn’t calculate. Code does, using formulas we’ve agreed on with you. The model only puts the result into words. Every number in the summary links to the export it came from, one click to check.

Why not just a dashboard?

A dashboard shows everything and waits for someone to notice the problem. A summary shows only what’s off track and tells you whom to ask. If you already have BI, the agent can read from it.

Our 1C data is a mess. Will it work?

It will, but the first summaries will expose the mess: duplicate counterparties, empty fields, mismatches with CRM. That’s a result too — you see where record-keeping slips. We agree on cleanup rules before launch.

Who sees the financial data?

Only people you grant access to. Roles follow job titles and departments. If data can’t leave the company, the agent runs on your servers.

Can we start with one report?

That’s the right way to start. We take one summary your team currently builds by hand and hand it over to the agent. An AI agent pilot starts at RUB 300,000. The exact cost is estimated by task and hours within 1–2 days after the brief.
