AI order processing from chats and messengers

Orders go from chat straight to the till

Customers write the way they always do: “two salmon rolls and a Coke, for 7 pm”. The agent checks the address, builds the order and sends it to the kitchen, POS or CRM. Nobody has to retype anything.

Where orders get lost today

  • A manager reads the chat, asks for the address again and retypes the order into the till. On a Friday night that takes the whole shift.
  • The customer writes “no onion, and an hour later please”, and only half of it reaches the kitchen.
  • Several locations, one shared inbox, and the order goes to the wrong branch.
  • Someone read the complaint but logged it nowhere. A week later nobody remembers how it ended.

What changes after launch

  • 01Chat orders reach the kitchen and POS right away
  • 02Changes and complaints no longer vanish in chats
  • 03Every request is tied to a location and an owner

How the agent works

  1. 01

    Takes the message

VK, Telegram, WhatsApp or your website. The agent reads plain text and tells a new order from a change, a status question or a complaint.

  2. 02

    Pulls out the details

Items, address, time, order number. If something is missing, it asks one short question instead of sending a ten-field form.

  3. 03

    Checks against your data

Matches items to your menu or catalogue, assigns the order to the right location and pulls the status from your system.

  4. 04

    Confirms with the customer

Shows the summary: items, address, time. Mistakes are caught before the kitchen, not after delivery.

  5. 05

    Routes it to your systems

Orders go to the kitchen and POS. Changes update the existing order. Complaints land in the CRM or helpdesk with the right owner. No copy-paste from chat.

  6. 06

    Keeps the customer posted

Answers “where’s my order?” from live system data. Disputes and refunds go to a person with the full history.

Questions

Our POS isn’t a mainstream one. Can you connect it?

If it has an API or an export, yes. For MONSUROVICH, orders from the VK bot go straight to the kitchen and the till, with no manual re-entry. We work out how to connect your system during the 1–2 day estimate.

What if the agent gets an order wrong?

Before sending anything, it shows the customer a summary (items, address, time) and waits for confirmation. Refunds, compensation and disputes are decided by a person; the agent gathers the facts and passes them on.

How does the agent know which location an order is for?

By address, delivery zone or the customer’s choice; we set the logic to fit your network. At MONSUROVICH one bot serves three delivery locations, and each order is tied to the chain’s operations rather than to one manager’s chat.

What about customer addresses and phone numbers?

They are stored where you choose: in the cloud or on your servers. If data has to stay in-house under 152-FZ, we deploy the agent inside your perimeter. The bot can also be private, with the link shared only with your customers.
