AI customer support chatbot for the front line

Answers in seconds, even at 2 am

The agent knows your policies, price list and return terms. It replies in your website widget, Telegram or WhatsApp. When a question falls outside the knowledge base, the chat goes to a human with the full history.

Where customers slip away today

  • At 11:40 pm a customer asks about a return and gets an answer the next morning, if they haven’t gone to a competitor by then.
  • Half of every shift goes on the same questions: delivery, lead times, warranty, opening hours.
  • New hires spend a week lost in the policies, and everyone answers a little differently.
  • You can’t see what customers ask most or where they get angry: chats are scattered across channels.

What changes after launch

  • 01Routine questions answered at any hour
  • 02Operators get only the hard chats, with the history attached
  • 03You see what customers ask and what your docs are missing

How the agent works

  1. 01

    Build the knowledge base

We start from what your team already works with: policies, price lists, delivery and return terms, good replies from past chats. Outdated and conflicting bits we sort out together.

  2. 02

    Connect the channels

Website widget, Telegram, WhatsApp, VK. One logic and one knowledge base wherever customers reach you.

  3. 03

    The agent replies

It understands free text, not just button taps. It answers from your materials, in the customer’s language, and does not make up what isn’t in the base.

  4. 04

    Hands over to a person

An unusual case, an angry customer or a plain “let me talk to a human” sends the chat to an operator with the full history. The customer never has to start over.

  5. 05

    Logs it in your system

Contact details, the question and the outcome land in your CRM or helpdesk. Nothing gets lost between the chat and the customer record.

  6. 06

    Shows the gaps

Questions the agent couldn’t answer show up in a report. Add the missing piece, and next time the agent handles it on its own.

Which scale is yours?

One task, three different projects. Pick the one that looks like you and press “I want this” — your request arrives tagged, and we send an estimate in 1–2 days.

Small business

common start

An online store or service business with one main channel: a couple of operators during the day, nobody in the evening or at weekends.

What we build

  • One channel: website widget or a messenger
  • Knowledge base built from your FAQ, policies and price list
  • Handover to an operator by clear rules
  • Report on what the agent resolved and what it didn’t
Integrations
Operator alerts in Telegram or by email; leads into amoCRM or Bitrix24 if needed.
Where it runs
Cloud: quick start, no infrastructure on your side.
Timeline
Orientation: 3–5 weeks to a first version.

Mid-size business

common start

A company with a support team, several channels and a CRM or helpdesk where tickets already pile up.

What we build

  • Website plus 2–3 messengers on one knowledge base
  • Answers using live data: order status, bookings, stock
  • Creating and updating tickets in your CRM or helpdesk
  • Handover rules by topic: returns to one person, payments to another
  • Post-launch support: we keep the knowledge base and flows up to date
Integrations
amoCRM, Bitrix24, helpdesk tools, 1C, via API or existing connectors.
Where it runs
Cloud or your own server, depending on data requirements.
Timeline
Orientation: 1–2 months to a first version.

Enterprise

common start

A chain or group with dozens of branches, its own security team and a rule that customer data never leaves the perimeter.

What we build

  • One front line for every branch and brand, each with its own knowledge base
  • Routing by department, region and priority
  • Roles, corporate SSO, a full audit log of agent actions
  • Answer-quality monitoring and an SLA on the whole setup
Integrations
Corporate CRM, ITSM and helpdesk, 1C, ERP, internal APIs.
Where it runs
Your servers or a closed perimeter, with local models (152-FZ compliant).
Timeline
Orientation: 2–4 months to a first production version.

Pilot from RUB 300,000. Beyond that we price by task and hours.

Questions

What happens when the agent doesn’t know the answer?

It doesn’t guess. If the answer isn’t in the knowledge base or the customer is upset, the agent says it’s bringing in a colleague and passes the chat on with the full history. Handover rules (topics, trigger words, time of day) are agreed before launch.

Where are conversations and customer data stored?

In the cloud or on your servers; we settle this before we start. If personal data has to stay in-house under 152-FZ, we deploy the agent inside your perimeter on local models. Access to chats is role-based.

How is this different from a button bot?

A button bot walks people through a menu and breaks on the first unusual question. The agent understands free text and answers from your documents. That is how the front line we built in the ChatNeuron project works: answers from the company knowledge base, and anything complex goes to an operator with full context.

Where do we start, and what does it cost?

Send us your website and five typical customer questions. Within 1–2 business days we assess the task and hours and quote a price. A single-channel pilot starts from RUB 300,000, with a first working version in about a month.
