Ostrov Nord residential quarter site | JimmyNeuron case
About the concept
Ostrov Nord is a residential quarter by GK Algorithm on Lastochek Island in St. Petersburg: three buildings of mixed height, a private embankment, closed courtyards, 2.85-5.15 m ceilings, 520 parking spaces. This is not the developer’s official site - it is a JimmyNeuron concept for how a premium development digital contour should work if you ship it as a product, not a “render landing”.
What we set out to solve
- A typical developer site looks like a PDF catalog: render, price, "leave a request" button
- A premium audience reads the atmosphere of a place before the floor plan
- Apartment selection and a masterplan are needed, not just a "pretty home page"
- The route to a call and the sales office must not break the cinematic experience
What the platform includes
The home page as a scene, not a banner
A full-screen evening shot of the quarter by the water, the logo in the center, the tagline "A new chapter of premium Petersburg". Scrolling follows a script: the privilege of the place → project facts → architecture → rhythm of life. The cookie notice and concept disclaimer do not interrupt the composition.
Architecture and apartments as separate chapters
The architecture section - terracotta brick and the rhythm of a historic shipyard. Apartments: from 24.8 m² studios to 167.8 m² three-bedroom units, kitchen-living rooms, master bedrooms, panoramic light. Each chapter has its own visual frame, not a grid of cards on a white background.
K1–K3 building masterplan
An interactive embankment diagram: building markers, selection by parameters, favorites. The buyer understands the quarter from above, not from scattered brochures.
The path to sales
"Choose an apartment", "Request a call", the phone and the sales office are always in the header. The concept covers the same user route as a developer's live site - without a CMS builder and template blocks.

How it works
User scenario
- Lands on the cinematic home page and understands the place in 5 seconds
- Scrolls through architecture, apartments and interiors as chapters
- Views the buildings on the masterplan, saves favorites
- Requests a call or goes to the sales office
Team / admin scenario
- The quarter's content is organized by section: architecture, apartments, location
- The masterplan and selection are tied to buildings K1–K3
- Inquiries and the call are separate CTAs, not a "form in the footer"
Technology
- Format
- premium real estate development site
- Frontend
- modern frontend, scroll-driven UI
- Product
- masterplan · apartments · favorites · inquiry
- Live concept
- ostrov-nord.vercel.app
Timeline: concept: story → design → frontend → masterplan and finder

Frequently asked questions
Questions about this type of project, the same ones clients ask before a similar build.
How long does a turnkey website take, and how is the price set?
As a guide: a landing page from 2–3 weeks, a corporate site from 3–6 weeks, a site with integrations per spec. Price depends on pages, forms and integrations. You get an estimate within 1–2 days of the brief, with scope, stages and timeline fixed.
Who writes the copy and fills the site?
We prepare the structure and draft copy for every block. You provide company facts, prices, photos and work examples. If the site is moving from an old platform, we migrate the content.
Can we edit the site without a developer?
Yes. Texts, pages, cases and leads live in the CMS, and we walk your team through it at handover. At LUMEN, the agency runs its own cases and leads from the admin.
Is SEO included?
Development includes the SEO foundation: section structure, meta tags, speed, sitemap and analytics goals. Promotion and ads are separate work, but the groundwork is there from day one. We have supported Euro Monolit for over a year, alongside their SEO team.
Need a quarter site, not a developer template?
Send renders, buildings, and area range - we’ll shape the home story, apartment finder, and path to a lead. Live: ostrov-nord.vercel.app
