About the client

VODA FEST is a two-day electronic festival under the VODA.EVENT brand (yacht club / waterpark pools, Kazan). After the first party site we made a new design and a separate festival site: program, artists, VIP/Standard tickets, venues.

The challenge we started with

  • Festival-scale content: days, stages, artists, tickets
  • Conversion into purchase, not a "beautiful poster"
  • The same speed class (~100) and Cloudflare
  • Tied to the VODA ecosystem, but a separate domain/brand for the festival

Program and line-up

Two festival days, artists, venues (including formats such as "Prizma" / "Riviera"). Guests quickly find who to watch and where to go.

Tickets and conversion

VIP/Standard and strong purchase CTAs. The site is built for the decision "I'll take a ticket", not for endless atmosphere scrolling.

Speed and Cloudflare

The same philosophy as VODA.EVENT: squeeze out load time, Cloudflare as a bridge, availability monitoring - festival traffic does not forgive slowness on 4G.

  • Browses the program, artists, venues
  • Chooses a ticket type and proceeds to purchase

Team / admin scenario

  • Updates the line-up and program
  • Tunes the CTAs and ticket blocks
  • Monitors speed and availability

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this type of project, the same ones clients ask before a similar build.

How long does a turnkey website take, and how is the price set?

As a guide: a landing page from 2–3 weeks, a corporate site from 3–6 weeks, a site with integrations per spec. Price depends on pages, forms and integrations. You get an estimate within 1–2 days of the brief, with scope, stages and timeline fixed.

Who writes the copy and fills the site?

We prepare the structure and draft copy for every block. You provide company facts, prices, photos and work examples. If the site is moving from an old platform, we migrate the content.

Can we edit the site without a developer?

Yes. Texts, pages, cases and leads live in the CMS, and we walk your team through it at handover. At LUMEN, the agency runs its own cases and leads from the admin.

Is SEO included?

Development includes the SEO foundation: section structure, meta tags, speed, sitemap and analytics goals. Promotion and ads are separate work, but the groundwork is there from day one. We have supported Euro Monolit for over a year, alongside their SEO team.

Need a festival website?

Send the program and ticket types - we’ll structure it and estimate time to announcement.
