Booking web platform for the Volnitsa rental
About the client
Volnitsa is an ATV rental and active recreation business at the Beregynya guest estate. It needed a responsive web platform: routes, rates, equipment and online booking.
The challenge we started with
- Sell the adventure and the route, not "an hour on an ATV"
- Combine rates, difficulty levels, equipment and the estate in one storefront
- Keep the premium tone (dark green / gold) and consistent prices on mobile/desktop
- Provide a quick path to booking and a gift certificate
Home page and positioning
Hero and "Why Volnitsa" blocks: safety, signature routes, equipment, the Beregynya estate. The emphasis: ~25 minutes from Kazan, hours 10:00–22:00, trail progression 1→4 / 1→5, "Sign up" / "Book" CTAs.
Routes and rates
Route cards with level, time, distance and price per client ATV: Green Lake RUB 5,500, Monument RUB 7,500, Spring RUB 10,000, Expedition RUB 12,000, Forest Trails RUB 9,000. Logic from the business plan: a single route map, start/finish at the farm.
Equipment, trust, extra products
A fleet showcase (recreational / mud), safety and gear, the night quest as the flagship experience, a gift certificate, a location block and FAQ. Everything leads to booking and the contact +7 (986) 667-00-31.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about this type of project, the same ones clients ask before a similar build.
How long does a turnkey website take, and how is the price set?
As a guide: a landing page from 2–3 weeks, a corporate site from 3–6 weeks, a site with integrations per spec. Price depends on pages, forms and integrations. You get an estimate within 1–2 days of the brief, with scope, stages and timeline fixed.
Who writes the copy and fills the site?
We prepare the structure and draft copy for every block. You provide company facts, prices, photos and work examples. If the site is moving from an old platform, we migrate the content.
Can we edit the site without a developer?
Yes. Texts, pages, cases and leads live in the CMS, and we walk your team through it at handover. At LUMEN, the agency runs its own cases and leads from the admin.
Is SEO included?
Development includes the SEO foundation: section structure, meta tags, speed, sitemap and analytics goals. Promotion and ads are separate work, but the groundwork is there from day one. We have supported Euro Monolit for over a year, alongside their SEO team.
Need a website for a rental, recreation center or outdoor business?
We will build a storefront with routes, rates and booking - as for Volnitsa: brand, sales structure and a mobile version.
