JimmyNeuron case: SaaS owner database for a real-estate agency
About the client
Real estate agency “Zdes i Seichas” worked the rental/sales market and hit a wall of manual owner-contact collection: Avito, cold calls, spreadsheets.
They needed their own product - not “another agency site”, but a database access service: buy a subscription → open the portal → find a property → contact the owner. That became RentBase.
The challenge we started with
- Collect and keep up to date a database of property owners with phone numbers
- Give the realtor fast search: district, type, price, area
- Package access sales: landing page, plans, sign-up/login
- Export to CSV/Excel for CRM and cold calling
- An extra layer: listing placement and a promotion for individuals
What RentBase is
A web platform for working with real estate in Kazan. The main product is a database of owners with contacts: a realtor buys access and works not with "listings without a phone number" but with records that already contain the address, property parameters and phone.
Landing page and access sales
The service's public storefront: the value ("owner database → your business"), login, listing placement, plans. Separately - a features block: database size, search/filters, CSV/Excel export. Landing page screenshots are in the gallery.
Database dashboard
The realtor's workspace: filters by type and district, price from/to, apply/reset, CSV export. The table has ID, type, district, address (with floor), area, price, phone. The dashboard screenshot shows 5,825+ records, 100% with phone numbers in the sample, and page pagination.
Plans and extra scenarios
Monetization through a subscription to database access (basic / professional with full access and export). Plus market flows: post your own listing and get paid; a promotion for individuals - upload an owner's apartment and receive trial listings from the database.
Where the data comes from
Before the web there was a collection pipeline: parsing/accumulating listings and contacts, then packaging them into a product. The case is honest: this is an applied B2B service for a local market (Kazan), not a "nationwide aggregator".

Frequently asked questions
Questions about this type of project, the same ones clients ask before a similar build.
How long does a turnkey website take, and how is the price set?
As a guide: a landing page from 2–3 weeks, a corporate site from 3–6 weeks, a site with integrations per spec. Price depends on pages, forms and integrations. You get an estimate within 1–2 days of the brief, with scope, stages and timeline fixed.
Who writes the copy and fills the site?
We prepare the structure and draft copy for every block. You provide company facts, prices, photos and work examples. If the site is moving from an old platform, we migrate the content.
Can we edit the site without a developer?
Yes. Texts, pages, cases and leads live in the CMS, and we walk your team through it at handover. At LUMEN, the agency runs its own cases and leads from the admin.
Is SEO included?
Development includes the SEO foundation: section structure, meta tags, speed, sitemap and analytics goals. Promotion and ads are separate work, but the groundwork is there from day one. We have supported Euro Monolit for over a year, alongside their SEO team.
Need a contact database or B2B portal for your niche?
We’ll build a similar contour: data collection → landing/plans → portal with filters and export.
