About the client

Betterplace (betterplace.cc) is a real estate agency in Bali. The client needed a site that matches the approved Figma layout one-to-one: no “almost like the design” and no freelancing on composition. Our job - frontend implementation, not redesign.

The Figma layout is law: spacing, typography and grid without eyeballing

Pixel-perfect Figma markup

We moved the layout into code: grid, spacing, states. The goal is for design and production to match, not to be "similar if you squint".

Production React frontend

Built in React as a working frontend, not a static export. Components and pages are ready for further maintenance and integrations.

Forms and requests

We connected forms and property-inquiry API flows within the spec - without breaking the layout and without improvised UI experiments.

How long does a turnkey website take, and how is the price set?

Development includes the SEO foundation: section structure, meta tags, speed, sitemap and analytics goals. Promotion and ads are separate work, but the groundwork is there from day one. We have supported Euro Monolit for over a year, alongside their SEO team.
