About the client
KPS Auto buys and resells cars. The team sources vehicles, brings them from Korea to Russia at a lower price, prepares them for sale, and lists them. They needed their own classifieds board with admin - not scattered posts on third-party platforms.
The challenge we started with
- A listings catalog that works for both the buyer and the manager
- An admin to create, edit, and unpublish a listing without a developer
- Moderation and statuses, so drafts do not leak into the public catalog
- Publishing scenarios for a flow of cars from Korea and local buy-ins
Catalog and car cards
A listings storefront: photos, key parameters, statuses. Buyers browse the catalog, and managers see what is already on sale and what is still being prepared.
Avito-style admin
Manage listings from the panel: create, edit, unpublish. No code changes for each car and no Excel as a "system."
Moderation and publishing
Status and moderation scenarios: draft → review → publication. Less risk of posting a raw listing or losing a car in the flow.

Why not build it on a no-code platform?
