About the client
KPS Auto buys and resells cars. The team sources vehicles, brings them from Korea to Russia at a lower price, prepares them for sale, and lists them. They needed their own classifieds board with admin - not scattered posts on third-party platforms.

Каталог и карточки авто
Витрина объявлений: фото, ключевые параметры, статусы. Покупатель листает каталог, менеджер видит, что уже в продаже, а что ещё в подготовке.
Админка в духе Avito
Управление объявлениями из панели: создать, отредактировать, снять с публикации. Без правки кода на каждое авто и без Excel как «системы».
Модерация и публикация
Сценарии статусов и модерации: черновик → проверка → публикация. Меньше риска выложить сырое объявление или потерять машину в потоке.

The listings and orders platform was launched. The site is not in production now - the client abandoned the project. No public metrics: traffic and sales from the platform were not tracked.
