R&D concept: Hospitality UI/UX architecture
About the concept
JimmyNeuron built a concept platform for hotels and resorts - a full digital contour that shows how a hospitality brand site should work if a guest books from a phone in 30 seconds.
This is not a “we built a site for a client” case and not a real hotel website. It is our reference: UI/UX, design system, guest scenarios, “find a room” widget, room and offer sections, mobile version, and the path to booking.
Live prototype - jimmyneuron-legenda-concept.vercel.app: open it and walk the guest path from the hero to room search.
What we set out to solve
- Most hotels have a beautiful site, but booking is hidden - guests leave for aggregators
- A single digital layer is needed for different accommodation formats without two separate sites
- Design, UX and the booking system must work as one platform, not a set of pages
- Mobile guests book from a phone - the widget and CTA must be on the first screen
What the platform includes
Resort design and visual language
A full-screen hero with the sea and a yacht, premium resort typography and color, a single design system for all pages. Not a "hotel on Tilda" template, but a cohesive brand layer.
Online booking system
A widget on the first screen: complex, check-in/check-out dates, guests, a "Find a room" button. A 24h phone in the header. The same widget on inner pages. The guest never searches for where to click.
Room and offer catalog
Two accommodation formats under one brand, a carousel of special offers, apartment types from 24 to 107 m² with photos and views. Offers and rooms are separate routes, not blocks in the footer.
Platform service pages
Accommodation, offers, about us, contacts, infrastructure, reviews, news. This is not a landing page but a full resort site - a ready framework that can be adapted to a real hotel.

How it works
User scenario
- Opens the site and immediately sees the resort, the brand and the booking widget
- Chooses an accommodation format, dates and number of guests
- Browses offers and apartment types
- Searches for a room or orders a service online
Team / admin scenario
- Rooms and rates are tied to the search widget
- Offers and news are separate feeds
- Contacts, the 24h phone and online service ordering are always at hand

Frequently asked questions
Questions about this type of project, the same ones clients ask before a similar build.
How long does a turnkey website take, and how is the price set?
As a guide: a landing page from 2–3 weeks, a corporate site from 3–6 weeks, a site with integrations per spec. Price depends on pages, forms and integrations. You get an estimate within 1–2 days of the brief, with scope, stages and timeline fixed.
Who writes the copy and fills the site?
We prepare the structure and draft copy for every block. You provide company facts, prices, photos and work examples. If the site is moving from an old platform, we migrate the content.
Can we edit the site without a developer?
Yes. Texts, pages, cases and leads live in the CMS, and we walk your team through it at handover. At LUMEN, the agency runs its own cases and leads from the admin.
Is SEO included?
Development includes the SEO foundation: section structure, meta tags, speed, sitemap and analytics goals. Promotion and ads are separate work, but the groundwork is there from day one. We have supported Euro Monolit for over a year, alongside their SEO team.
Need a website for your hotel or resort?
Send a request - describe the property, room categories, and how booking works today. We’ll assemble design, a booking system, and the guest path for your brand. Live reference: jimmyneuron-legenda-concept.vercel.app
