AI call analytics for sales teams

Every call reviewed, not just 5%

The system transcribes calls, video meetings and chats, scores them against your checklist and shows which rep loses customers at which stage. No need to change your phone system.

What sales quality control looks like now

  • The head of sales listens to five calls a week out of several hundred. The rest is taken on trust.
  • The sales script was approved six months ago. Whether anyone follows it, nobody knows.
  • The customer said «too expensive», the rep agreed and said goodbye. In the CRM the deal is still «thinking».
  • New hires get generic advice because nobody has collected examples of good calls.

What changes after launch

  • 01You see every conversation, not a random sample
  • 02You know at which stage and with whom deals fall through
  • 03New hires learn from real successful calls

How the agent works

  1. 01

    We connect the sources

Recordings from your PBX, video meetings, messenger chats. Via integration or file export — your telephony stays as it is.

  2. 02

    Transcribe and tag

Speech to text, rep and customer separated, conversation stages marked, in the working language of your team.

  3. 03

    Score against your checklist

Greeting, needs discovery, presentation, objection handling, agreed next step. Criteria come from your script, not from a sales textbook.

  4. 04

    Flag what matters

A lead going cold, an objection the whole team keeps hitting, a rep who has skipped the same stage for three days. The head of sales knows the same day.

  5. 05

    Build reports and examples

Breakdowns by team, rep and period. The best and worst calls become ready-made material for team reviews and onboarding.

Which scale is yours?

One task, three different projects. Pick the one that looks like you and press “I want this” — your request arrives tagged, and we send an estimate in 1–2 days.

Questions

Do we have to change our phone system?

No. We connect to your PBX through an integration or pick up recordings via export. Infrastructure changes only if that is a separate goal of the project.

How far can we trust the AI score?

A score tells you where to look; it is not a verdict. Each point links to a fragment of the call, so the manager can listen and correct it. In the first weeks we compare system scores with the manager’s own and refine the criteria.

Will reps see this as surveillance?

We recommend giving every rep access to their own scores and publishing the criteria upfront. Then reviews become a tool for growth rather than punishment, and the best calls become examples for the whole team.

Have you done this before?

Yes. We spent over a year building CommBoost, a system that reviews 100% of a sales team’s calls and chats. It is now used by 10+ companies. For you, we build a system around your script, your sources and your data environment.
